Convenient Location!

I stayed for 3 nights and it was great! The setting was amazing and just a short walk to the stores I needed. It was also close to the more touristy part of town. 🏖️

Its a perfect place for a long weekend while in Southend-on-Sea. It has a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge. I truly enjoyed the place;)))

We had an amazing time as a family at this lovely apartment. It was spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly helpful and genuine, providing extra touches like coffee, milk, and Coca Cola. We will definitely be coming back!

The morning meal could have been improved with a larger towel size and a better shower setup. The towels provided were small and impractical, and the fixed bracket shower tended to spill water everywhere.

The views from the rooms are not great, as they overlook a residential home and a private parking lot.

My mum and I had such a lovely stay at Beresford 1st Floor. We spent a weekend in Southend and the apartment was perfect for us. It was incredibly clean and had a great location, just behind the seafront. The extra little touches made our stay even more special, especially after a long journey. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything worked perfectly. a fantastic experience.
